The old oven still working and a large equipped area in the garden with tables and chairs, to organize grill on the barbecue and to taste the local products are available. Unique accommodation, with a large kitchen, well equipped, furnished with furniture in country style, a large living room, with an antique corner chimney, to warm up the atmosphere during the winter days. A nice “fratino” table of three meters allows you to eat in a comfortable way in the dining area. The loggia with panoramic view allows you to eat at the open air during the summer period. The areas reserved for night are composed as follows: Four matrimonial rooms of which 2 with private bathroom, a large bathroom in the night area, two matrimonial living room divan with bedding box, in order to reach the possibility to welcome 10/12 persons. Furnished with old furniture, with original doors and windows carefully restored. Various sport activities can be realized in the green area equipped with small soccer court and park with children games, and mountain bike. SERVICES AND FACILITIES

Arrivals and departures: At your arrival the opening of the apartments is forecast for the 16:00, on the day of your departure the same apartments must be left before 10:00.
Heating: it is autonomous, on your arrival the number indicated by the apposite counter placed in the general switch will be taken, in the same way as it will be taken at the moment of your departure, the cost will be € 1,50 per hour for the apartments of the Arcade and € 4,00 per cubic meter for the “Villetta” and the cottage.
The linen: in case you are staying more than a week, it will be changed on Saturday morning, it is always possible to ask for an extra change, in this case € 15,00 will be charged.
The cleaning: the final cleaning is included in the price, it is possible to ask that our staff have the apartment cleaned in some other days, at least 2 hours of work will be necessary and the cost will be € 8,00 per hour.>
 The swimming pool: it will be at your complete disposal from 8,00 to 20,00.
Riding school: Holiday House  has established a collaboration with the new Riding school in Castiglione del Lago located only 8 Km away.
