The ground floor apartment (sqm 130) consists of: two double bedrooms overlooking Mount Cetona and Città della Pieve. On the walls, distemper is mixed with the original stone. The bathrooms are provided with bath, shower and washing machine; on the walls distemper is mixed with mosaic.
